All financial transactions on the 21phdream platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 21phdream supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers.
Deposits are credited to your 21phdream account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) starting at ₱100. 21phdream does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. 21phdream reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 21phdream is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.

21phdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 21phdream.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
